Support Coordination is a capacity building service that assists participants in understanding and utilising their NDIS plan to connect with services, build confidence and resolve issues. We will support you to achieve independence 

goals through encouragement of choice and control which enable  your right to choose how you would like your supports defined and delivered.

 All children have the same requirements for growth and development. We support children and young people to make healthy lifestyle choices both mentally and physically through safe contact with community and resources. We promote engagement into appropriate activities that improve social, intellectual, motor and emotional functioning. We aim to build the self-efficacy of each child and young person enabling improvement of their self-concept. 

We offer a broad range of programs that respond to the needs of our community. Each program is tailored to suit various settings. Our pilot program introduces participants to the road of self-discovery, emphasizing the importance of knowing your true self as a key to unlocking your unlimited potential. Learn how to build resilience through confidence and self-improvement.

Our dedicated Case Managers assess the individual needs of each client to develop personalised care plans. We coordinate with schools, stakeholders and families to support strategies that address their social, emotional, cultural and educational needs. We facilitate access to various resources to promote progress and well-being and also advocate for them in a multitude of settings including educational institutions and the justice system to ensure their needs and rights are met.

 Known formally as Youth Residential Care Services offers accommodation for children and young people in homes staffed by trained and scheduled professionals. These residential care settings are typically used when foster care is unsuitable at the time—often due to repeated disruptions in previous placements, behavioural challenges, sexualised conduct, difficulties with social interactions, or as a temporary solution in urgent situations while a more appropriate placement is being arranged. The core focus is to empower them to grow in resilience and unlock their potential by nurturing a strong sense of identity, enhancing social abilities, and encouraging meaningful participation in their communities.
 

 We believe that the best environment for raising a child or young person is within their immediate or extended family, provided the family has access to the resources needed to guarantee the child’s safety and wellbeing. If this isn’t feasible, it becomes the legal duty of the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women to protect the child or young person. This responsibility may involve temporarily or permanently removing the child from their home and placing them either with extended family or within an appropriate out-of-home care service. This may involve removing the child or young person from the family for a short or longer period of time and placing the child or young person with other family members or in one of the out-of-home care services that are available. We help, promote and facilitate these services.
