A guided personal development journey tailored to suit the needs of an individual and-or a group/organisation and designed to support participants in building the foundational mindset and self-awareness necessary to thrive. Delivery options include either a Full-Day Workshop, an 8-Week Program or we collaborate with you to customise the program to your specific goals.
Workwise Program
Workwise supports all Job Seekers as well as participants funded under Finding and Keeping a Job or SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports) to confidently step into employment. We offer tailored job-seeking support, workplace readiness, and ongoing mentoring to build skills and sustain success. Designed for those needing extra guidance, we also partner with organisations to co-create meaningful pathways into work. Whether you’re supporting school leavers or adults seeking purpose through employment - Workwise delivers real outcomes. Together, we foster independence, confidence, and long-term opportunity.
Breaking Her Silence Program
Designed to empower women who have experienced family and domestic violence (FDV) or domestic violence (DV). This program addresses the complex emotional and psychological challenges survivors face, offering a safe and supportive environment to begin the journey toward healing, empowerment and where to next.
CHILD & YOUTH SERVICES
We support children and young people make positive lifestyle choices through safe contact with community and resources. We promote engagement into appropriate activities that improve social, intellectual, motor and emotional functioning. We aim to build the self-efficacy of each child and young person enabling improvement of their self-concept by offering the following child safety services:
