Support Coordination is a capacity building service that assists participants in understanding and utilising their NDIS plan to connect with services, build confidence and resolve issues. We will support you to achieve independence 

goals through encouragement of choice and control which enable  your right to choose how you would like your supports defined and delivered.

All children have the same requirements for growth and development. We support children and young people to make healthy lifestyle choices both mentally and physically through safe contact with community and resources. We promote engagement into appropriate activities that improve social, intellectual, motor and emotional functioning. We aim to build the self-efficacy of each child and young person enabling improvement of their self-concept.

We offer a broad range of programs that respond to the needs of our community. Each program is tailored to suit various settings. Our pilot program introduces participants to the road of self-discovery, emphasizing the importance of knowing your true self as a key to unlocking your unlimited potential. Learn how to build resilience through confidence and self-improvement.

Our dedicated Case Managers assess the individual needs of each client to develop personalised care plans. We coordinate with schools, stakeholders and families to support strategies that address their social, emotional, cultural and educational needs. We facilitate access to various resources to promote progress and well-being and also advocate for them in a multitude of settings including educational institutions and the justice system to ensure their needs and rights are met.

Operating through workshop facilitation that focuses on career coaching and soft-skills development; we provide guidance on cover letter writing, resume preparation and interview skilling to optimise candidate opportunity. Our individualised coaching style aims to empower, uplift and encourage. We collaborate with businesses regarding work experience 

and placement ensuring candidates are securing fulfilling roles across multiple sectors.

A mentor is someone who provides expertise and professional knowledge from an experienced perspective. Mentoring across various industries and sectors from marketing tips to brand awareness, we help you achieve your personal and professional goals through consultation and strategic planning.
